Spiritual wellbeing is a crucial part of our lives. We strive to keep our bodies healthy, so why not maintain a healthy mind and soul in the process? A good way of aiding our spiritual energies is through the use of Feng Shui. Lets have a look at what you can do in the bedroom.

– Technology:
It’s not for the bedroom, it’s not good for your natural energies. Move your T.V somewhere else…

– Oxygen:
Make sure the space is well oxygenated. If it’s too cold to keep the window open, go far a good quality air purifier. Stale air that’s full of contaminants is a great way to ruin your Feng Shui…

– Get the lighting right:
The best source of natural light is candlelight. It’s a great source of good energies. It’s a good idea to make sure your lights are dimmable too. You don’t want to be walking into a room that’s overly bright with artificial light…

– Colour:
Bedroom decor is one of the most important ways to accentuate the flow of good energy through the room. In terms of colour, soft skin tones are the best, choose anything from pale white to rich brown…

– Positive imagery:
Images can be very powerful in Feng Shui , so it’s important to choose positive images for your bedroom that demonstrate your aspirations and how you fell life should be…

– What about the bed?:
Even though we shall be going into this in more detail in later posts. Here’s a good starting point; your bed should be approchable from both sides, should have two bedside tables either side and not be in a direct line with the door.

– Doors closing:
It’s important to keep all doors closed whether it be cupboards or the door to your en-suite. The allows for the strongest most nourishing flow of natural energies. It’s also a good idea to keep you cupboards and draws tidy too…
