We want you to be delighted with your Zonesleep purchases. We do reccomend you allow time to adjust to your new sleep environment, but if you are really not satisfied with your Zonesleep® product, you may return it in the original packaging within 14 days.
To arrange the return of your item, notify us by telephone, e-mail or post of the reason for your dissatisfaction (within 10 days of receipt).
We will give you a returns number to identify your item by, after which we recommend you return them to us via an insured and signed-for service.
If you wish for us to arrange collection, a fee of £25 will be deducted from your refund except in the case of faulty or wrongly delivered orders.
If you intend to return any goods, please don’t use or test them in any way other than you would be able to in a shop. For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept return of items like sleep masks unless returned unworn and packaged as received.
Upon return of your order a refund of the original purchase price minus delivery charges and collection fees (where valid) will be credited to your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: This 10 day money back period is not applicable to bespoke items.
Before signing for your items, please inspect them carefully on delivery.
Although every care is taken to ensure your delivery arrives in pristine condition, occasionally items become damaged in transit and it is important to prove the damage occurred prior to receipt.
Damages correctly notified will be replaced free of charge, however if you choose to cancel the order rather than receive a replacement, your refund will be less the cost of the return carriage.
All of our products have a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty (covering normal wear and tear). Faults are very rare, but if you consider an item to be faulty please call us immediately.
