Additional tests have provided some evidence that less fat is lost by those deprived of regular sleeping patterns or inadequate sleep caused by, for example snoring, which whilst it does not wake the person snoring, does disrupt their sleep – not to mention that of partners!!
To sum up, the value of 8 hours sleep on a regular basis can ensure you live longer and you won’t need to replace your mattress so often as it won’t be overloaded!
